Trevor Amicone is in high-demand among hitters at all levels and well-respected in the coaching and professional ranks for his hitting, mental toughness, player development, and character development expertise. Amicone has worked with professional, college, high school, and youth players. He has also worked with softball players at all levels. He is the former head coach at Woods Cross high school where his team went 48-12 in two years and set almost every significant offensive state record in the state of Utah. Under Coach Amicone, the Wildcats won two region championships and went 31-1 in region play.

Coach Amicone has been a part of three state championship-winning coaching staffs and consults with several college programs and professional hitters. He is a highly-respected speaker and instructor. He has spoken to groups and teams on such topics as hitting, developing a relentless offense, the art and science of practice and player development, character building, mental toughness, sport and mental health, and creating a championship team culture. He has been called a “master teacher” and an “offensive savant.”

Amicone played college baseball at Salt Lake Community College before injury ended his playing career. His mother is the legendary head softball coach at Weber State University, his father is the president and general manager of the Triple-A team for the Los Angeles Angels (the Salt Lake Bees), and his younger brother Derek is the recruiting coordinator for the baseball team at Utah Valley University.
